Return Policy

 

We stand behind every product we sell. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the unused product or portion of the product for a replacement of equal value. Returns are accepted with proof of purchase and within 10 days of purchase (or 10 days of receipt if shipped). Please email karen@myserenitybathandbody.com to initiate a return or exchange.

All returns will be credited back to the original form of payment minus shipping costs.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
