All items are shipped via USPS unless otherwise requested.

I am a one-woman shop unless I have your exact item sitting on the shelf, it may take a few days to make, package and ship. 

Some products are heat sensitive and if a cool down is expected following a round of extreme temps, Shipping may be delayed to provide the best product, in this case, you will be sent an email prior to shipment. 

Processing time takes 2-3 business days. Shipping varies by the shipping you chose at the time of purchase.

First Class/Ground: 5-7 business days

Priority Mail: 2-4 business days

At this time, I do not off express or overnight options. International is not an option at this time. 

Due to the handcrafted and natural ingredients, if the weather is warm, the solid oil and/or butter may soften or melt causing the product to look thinner or oily Give the product a good stir, and let it return to room temp.
